Mr. Vitor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from Faculdade Integrada Soares de Oliveira (active CRC): and has an MBA in IFRS “International Accounting Standards” from FIPECAFI. He is currently the Executive Accounting Manager of grupo Minerva S.A. (BEEF3), responsible for the financial statements and for managing the entire Minerva S.A. accounting team, reconciling the book accounts, and consolidating all the group’s subsidiaries from September 2004 to December 2010. He was an Effective Member of the Tax Council of Grupo de moda Soma S.A. (SOMA3) and Aeris Industria e Comercio de Equipamentos Para Geração de Energia S.A. (AERI3).

Mr. Sergio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from FECAP – Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado. Accountant, registered with the Regional Accounting Council - CRC/SP, certified with the CNAI, and registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission. Member of the Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil - IBRACON. He is currently responsible for International Accounting at Minerva S.A. He has worked for companies such as KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO, among others.

Mr. Fábio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences, respectively, a university extension course in International Accounting from PUC/SP, and a graduate degree in Corporate Law from Insper. He was a professor of IFRS at Faculdade Trevisan for 2 years. He has 24 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and accounting, working for almost 10 years in companies such as Deloitte, BDO, and EY. He has been at Verdus for 15 years, where he is the Lead Partner. He was an accountant for CVM companies such as Opea Securitizadora, RB Capital, Grupo Equipav, and Azevedo & Travassos. He is also an accountant for companies such as Grupo Rezek, Faro Energy, XP Asset Management, Garmin, and others.

Mr. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences and a graduate degree in Tax Management and Law from FECAP. He has 22 years of experience in auditing, consulting, accounting, and taxes, and has worked for almost 7 years in companies such as BDO and EY. He has been at Verdus for 12 years, where he serves as Managing Partner. Responsible for the securitization, health, services, and technology segments. He has worked as a leader on various audit fronts involving publicly traded companies. The main project was AES Eletropaulo, where, in addition to the Financial Statements and Quarterly Information, he worked on regulatory audits, BNDES, debenture raising, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act). In accounting and tax consultancy, he has worked for companies such as Opea Securitizadora, Grupo Equipav, Grupo Opalus (managed by Reag Investimentos), and Buson Viagens, among others.
