Eduardo holds a degree in Economics and Accounting and has specialization courses in Finance, Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from FGV.
He is responsible for the Business Consulting practice at Verdus, Auditoria, Consultoria e Contabilidade (VACC) since 2013. He was Chief Controllership Officer at Minerva S.A. from January 2011 to June 2013, where he also served as (i) Officer responsible for serving the Audit Committee, as well as for conducting all meetings of the aforementioned Committee; and (ii) Officer responsible for the strategic management information used at Board of Directors’ meetings, with occasional participation in meetings of the aforementioned Board. He was also Audit Managing Director at BDO Trevisan, where his career started in June 2000 as a trainee to January 2011, where he was Managing Director and Senior Manager responsible for the audit work in publicly held companies, as well as for serving the Tax Council of the following Companies: (i) JBS S.A.; (ii) Paranapanema S.A.; (iii) Eluma S.A.; and (iv) Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos (CBC). Since 2020, he has been a member of the Audit Committee at Aeris S.A.

Fabrício has a degree in Accounting Sciences from FEARP-USP (Ribeirão Preto School of Economics, Administration and Accounting – University of São Paulo) and has participated in several training courses on accounting practices adopted in Brazil and Brazilian and international accounting auditing standards.
He is a Managing Director responsible for the Corporate Finance area at VACC (Verdus, Auditing, Consulting and Accounting) since October 2013. He was an independent member of the Family Council of Solfarma Comércio de Produtos Farmacêuticos S.A. and JMoreira Comercial de Alimentos Ltda. He served as Audit Manager at KPMG and BDO Trevisan from June 2006 (trainee) until September 2013 (manager). At KPMG, he was the Manager responsible for the audit work in publicly held companies, as well as for serving the Tax Council and participating in some meetings of the Board of Directors of the following Companies: (i) CMAA Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool Participações S.A.; (ii) Transbrasiliana Concessionária de Rodovia S.A.; (iii) Viarondon Concessionária de Rodovia S.A.; and (iv) Iguá Saneamento S.A. He was the Manager responsible for the audit work in publicly held companies, as well as for serving the Audit Committee of the following Companies: (i) JBS S/A; and (ii) Marfrig Global Foods S.A. He is registered in the National Register of Independent Auditors (CNAI) since August 2011 and has been registered with the Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo (CRCSP) since 2010. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Audit Committee of Aeris S/A.
